AAPI (Asian American Pacific Islander) month is just around the corner. To celebrate, we would like to make and eat ramen. It would be easy to buy the ready made ramen noodles cups, but those are packed with sodium and preservatives.
We're taking the healthy route by making our own broth and using dried noodles.
We are requesting noodles, sesame seeds, a garlic press, gochujang paste, bowls, and spoons so that we can make and enjoy our classroom-made ramen. Students will not only learn about Japanese culture, but also learn about healthy eating. We just need to buy fresh veggies and eggs to complete our ramen.
