My Project

In Oregon, we often have rainy day recess. I'm hoping to receive donations to fund a large quantity of board and card games for all 2nd grade students at my school to use during rainy day recess.

Board/card games help students learn collaboration, taking turns, sharing, and how to be a gracious winner as well as a kind loser.

I'd like to provide my students with more opportunities to practice these skills in a low stakes setting. All of these skills are HUGE life skills. With your help, we can make rainy day recess fun, engaging, and a great opportunity for learning social skills that kids can take with them into all stages of life.
