This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My children are an amazing group! They look forward to their daily after-lunch recess time where they can play with their friends. On rainy, snowy, or very cold days, they have to stay inside the school building. In a public school, there is not enough money to provide fun activities for the kids to do on these days.
On days when they can't go outside, I would love to provide my kids with multi-sensory activities they could play with their peers.
The window art kits would be a fun hands-on activity they could play and be creative with. They will also be able to take home their special creation such as their new sun catcher!
