My Students

The students from East Bernard Junior High are caring, hard-working, responsible, and respectful. The community is a small farming community and the students are a very tight knit group. Some come from low-income families and many come from families who are recovering from the results of job losses due to the corona virus.

No matter their background, the students are dedicated to learning and creating.

The students are curious, enthusiastic, and creative.

My Project

Students will be able to be creative by having access to large rolls of colored paper and poster boards. Students will be able to draw, make time lines, graphic organizers, and other projects.

Creativity is a vital skill students need to be successful in school and life.

It helps with problem-solving, contributes to our satisfaction in life, and gives us a sense of purpose. Being creative helps us relax and brings enjoyment to our lives. The teachers at the junior high will also benefit from the items and can use them in the classrooms.
