This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are racially diverse with low income and few resources in their neighborhood.
Help my students have a variety of books where they can learn more about themselves and see themselves in different settings and or environments.
These books will allow them to learn more about themselves and the world around them. They can picture themselves also reading books they can relate to and have a similar background to them. Inspiring books will also help them see themselves in future careers and or different settings that can inspire their future.
