This project will provide a subscription to Quizlet Plus, one of our favorite study tools and gaming platforms. My students and I have used this program for many years and find it very educational, user-friendly, and fun. They get very competitive and hardly recognize that they are learning or reviewing information. With the paid subscription, there are no advertisements and there are additional enhancements such as the ability to add images and diagrams to manage and track specific student progress, etc.
Even though my students are high schoolers, they need snacks.
Like most students, they are hungry by mid-morning and still have not learned time management to get breakfast at home or school. For a few of the students, it's a matter of money management more than time. There are limited snacks to pack from home. Thus, this project includes several boxes of snack cakes and their favorite, Cheez-its. High schoolers love to snack while brainstorming or working in groups!
