My Students

My school is a Title I school with 100% of students receiving free breakfast and over 75% of students receiving free lunch. Many of my students worry about everyday needs. They don't have the tools for technology, exploration, and creative play at home. All of these things are vital for our youngest learners!

Although they may face challenges at home, they are so full of life and excitement about learning!

They walk in ready to learn and give me their best every day! It is my goal to empower my students to become critical thinkers and equip them with the skills they need to be 21st-century learners. The passion is there! We just need the tools to continue fostering the passion and bringing it to life! Thank you for your time and support!

My Project

I have just welcomed 20 new Kindergarten students into my class! They are all so excited to start learning how to read, write, problem solve, and work together! To get the year started, we need to add a few things to our room.

We need ink and brightly colored paper to make new games and centers that will make learning more fun!

We need chart paper and markers to make Anchor Charts that will help us remember the skills we are learning in reading, math, and writing. We need snacks to help keep our brain fueled during the long school day. All of these supplies will help enhance the learning that is happening in our classroom all year long!
