Help me give my students a safe place. We are creating a quiet room for our students where they can go to regulate their emotions. We are in need of furniture and supplies.

My Project

Mental Health is one of the most common challenges our students face daily. A quiet room is an important social-emotional (SEL) environment. It's a place where students can escape the daily stressors.

With your help, we can create a safe place for our students to go where they can learn to self-regulate their emotions.

We are a Title 1 school, and many of our students have never been taught how to self-regulate. They struggle daily with conflicts between teachers and peers.

Here they will learn how to process intense feelings. This in turn will help our students be able to face challenges they may have while at school and help students gain skills for futures.
