Please help me give my students some headphones to use with their computers. We are a 1-1 device school, however, without headphones, it is difficult to use the computer without bothering other students. We are located in a rural area and over half of our student population comes from low-income households.
My students come to school eager to learn and grow.
They each have a computer, however, they do not have headphones to use with their computers. I want them to feel comfortable using their devices in a quiet, learning environment.
I would love to provide each of them with a nice pair of headphones that they could use to help aid in learning. Third graders are full of energy and by providing them with headphones it will help to increase their learning by allowing them to quietly listen individually to videos, songs, and to complete assignments in a quiet learning environment.
My Project
My students have computers, however, they do not have headphones which makes watching videos, songs, playing educational games and other online activities difficult to accomplish in a quiet, focused learning environment.
Headphones would allow my students to be able to focus and concentrate on their assignments because they would not be bothered by their classmates' devices making noises or talking.
I feel that by each child having a pair of headphones they would be able to have a quiet, learning environment and be more successful in completing their assignments in a timely manner without bothering their classmates. They will be more focused and hopefully be more successful in their learning!
