My Students

My students are imaginative and fun-loving kids. Many come from low-income households and have not had much experience with the world outside their small community. Many depend on the school for their social and emotional needs. My students do their best at learning on-line and/or working in their packets if not able to be online.

My Project

Materials for small group instruction are valuable to the learning environment in the classroom and online.

Quick and easy checks using the white board and markers allows the teacher to quickly access if students are understanding the curriculum.

With online learning now, I can use the materials to help guide instruction online and when we move back to the classroom, it will help with immediate checks from all students. With this information, I can pull small groups immediately based on student data. The Book Amazing Visual math will be great to reinforce math concepts with students.
