My Students

My littles live below the poverty level in a high-crime area, but they are still just children who are curious about the world, full of wonder and eager to learn new things. I am honored to guide these little children to love and value learning.

But now with the onset of distance learning, my children have no access to the safety and calm our classroom provided and we need your help!!

Please help me create the environment these children need so they can focus on building the foundation of their education.

My Project

Our school district has moved to online learning, but the students in my class don’t have computers or tablets at home. I’m supposed to collect two grades for each content area each week, but my students can’t access or submit work!

My students are being left behind AGAIN because they’re poor.

I have set up matching projects requesting enough iPads for each student in my class to check out from school for the duration of school closures. The screens are large enough to run their reading and math apps and the technology is familiar to them.
