My Students

The students, that I have the privilege of teaching, are everything that is great about my school! They are eager to learn, kind, and concerned about the world around them. They wonder, ask questions, and look for ways to make the world a better place!

My students are very inquisitive learners who yearn to be challenged at all times.

They are always excited to come to art learn about different artists and experience new and exciting materials. They look forward to coming to art each week, and I look forward to seeing each and every one of them. I teach in an urban school that is truly a gem. It is a unicorn in the city.

My Project

Painting is such a relaxing and tactile experience for students. They really seem to lose themselves when they pick up a brush and begin to paint. These Faber - Castell Connector Paints have such amazing colors and texture, they are like nothing that I have in the classroom.

I strive to expose the students to as many experiences with as many different materials as possible so that they can find their passion and continue on their own artistic path.

The supplies that you help to provide like paints, pastels, and felt will make these experiences possible and provide for art opportunities that would not be possible otherwise.
