Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project is to help supply my players with a soccer ball. This is one of the most expensive costs for our team every two to three years besides uniforms. This project will help supply soccer balls for each of the players so that they can all utilize the most out of their time. Being in a Title I school, we often struggle to obtain the funding we need each year for our teams to function to their fullest. This project will drastically help us achieve that goal.
This project will not only help the players for this years team, but help supply for years to come.
Therefore this project will help for many years. The life of one of our soccer balls normally last three years. This year we are down to very little. This project will help solve a large need within our organization.
There are many students that often use athletics to pursue dreams and opportunities that open up for them. Soccer is a very fast growing sport in our area and therefore we normally have 38 to 40 players between the two teams. Please consider helping us with fulfilling this need.
