My Project

The gardening items(raised beds, hose, accessories) will help give our students practical life skills while also learning all about plants. Students will grow veggies to cook in class or make snacks out of.

Our 1st -3rd grade students will learn how to grow, harvest, and cook vegetables in order to learn skills that can be used as an adult.

Hands-on activities help students understand processes the farmers and individuals use to provide for their families, while also gaining scientific information about a plants life cycle, various parts, and needs for survival.
