Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In science we use many things that cannot be reused the next year. We use q-tips to move things around, food coloring to brighten up liquids so we can see what's happening, use dish soap to help make bubbles, and clear cups so we can see what's happening when we mix things together.
The force and motion kits will help students determine what happens when a car goes down a smooth road and a bumpy road.
They'll learn first hand that the car on the bumpy road takes longer to get to the bottom of the hill. Letting our youngest students learn through hands on materials will help them be successful in the future!
