Our school is located in a small rural town. Many of the families struggle financially. Many of the families have suffered hardships due to a declining workforce in the area as well as other unfortunate events in their lives. The families are very supportive and do all they can to support their child's education but unfortunately don't always have the means to do so.
The students are eager to learn and love to use technological devices, but they understand their parents can't always have the funds for such materials.These devices are used daily to enhance the learning of the students.
Our kids deserve the best education we can provide them.
My Project
Students will use these headphones daily to enhance their learning while using individual devices.
These headphones will let them focus on their own activities without being distracted by other students on their iPads.
These headphones are designed to be used by young children and should hold up to the wear and tear of daily usage by kindergarteners. Many parents cannot afford to buy multiple sets of headphones for their student throughout the year, and these are warrantied to last at least a year. Students will use them throughout the day in reading centers and stations as well as during math, science, and social studies instruction.
