My students come from diverse backgrounds. The diversity in the classroom allows the students to interact with and appreciate different cultures and customs. My students have a love for all people and it warms my heart to be their teacher. They are at an impressionable age that needs nurturing and guidance. I strive everyday to show them that they are valued and important. I try to instill a love of learning, so that they may be life long learners. Any help would be appreciated.
My Project
We are studying about personal health and making healthy choices. This book would provide an opportunity to learn about making healthy choices, foster a love of reading for a purpose, and incorporate language arts skills. This book is so engaging. If students find one book they can't put down, maybe they will be encouraged to look for others. We are working remotely so it is imperative they love the book they're reading and it pertains to them. We will use this book for Health and Language Arts classes.
