Help me give my students paper! I discovered last year that my students enjoyed colored paper for assignments. The pale purple is easier on the eyes. It is also fun for them to have something different.

My Project
Something different, like having colored paper, engages students in what otherwise might seem like a mundane assignment. They get excited to see a piece of paper that isn't stark white. A subtle color is also easier on the eyes than the sharp contrast of black and white.
When students see a different color they ask, "Ooo, what are we doing today?" or "Why do we have (colored) paper?"
My goal is simple: to peak their interest. I teach US History in a state tested class. Anything that gets them interested in learning and practicing in preparation for that test is helpful.
