My students need puppets as another way to become engaged in music. Through puppet shows in their theatre display, students receive a way to actually see and experience the songs they're singing come to life!

My Students
I absolutely love the creativity and energy of my students! They are sweet, funny, and fun to teach! Every one of them is capable of great things.
Our elementary school creates a welcoming environment for students from all cultures, areas, and a variety of incomes.
However, this means students don't often realize their capabilities. Time and time again though, I see these students persevere! It is truly inspiring. Every one of them deserves the absolute best education, and my school goes above and beyond to meet their needs!
My Project
When you are a kid, you have a sense of wonder about everything. Sadly that tends to fade as you grow older. The younger students at my school need a place where they can not only sing and dance, but experience some of these songs and stories come to life. These puppet pals will be an excellent storytelling tool for the lower grade levels at my school. When done right, music class is one of those places that can foster a student's creativity and imagination. I believe the puppet pal's theatre will help ensure students continue to grow with that sense of wonder.
