This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

Our school recently completed its final year of turnaround. We are a title one school but most of our students have been with us for their entire school experience. We recently acquired a middle school and finally have 8th grade this year.

We are also looking to emphasize their great job of attending school on a consistent basis.

Our kiddos deserve to be praised for many things but more importantly for the ability to show up daily to better themselves.

We are looking for support with providing those who achieve 100% attendance an incentive to increase this initiative across all grades with all students. Their are a multitude of gifts that can be purchased online. With your help we can make that happen!

My Project

Our students here at McGlone deserve a little excitement. Our kiddos come to school consistently and are praised for doing so. We feel at this point a reward should be applied to those who earned it and definitely would be an incentive to others seeing such a great gift being given.

Their faces will be amazed as they see Beats by Dre!

Their will be a total of 16 items being given out and when they choose a space to punch and pull a piece of paper out with the prize written on it. Others will want to strive to come to school just as much as the others have and earn their opportunity as well to play such an awesome game that everybody wins at. Children love to win. Please be part of this moment and give the gift of happiness!
