My third grade students are energetic, creative, and hardworking! They enjoy challenging themselves and like to be active learners. They love being social and having class discussions about EVERYTHING! They especially love opportunities to work together in small groups. My class is like a little family filled with so many unique personalities. We support each other and challenge each other to always do our best. As their teacher, it's amazing to see how much my students grow throughout the year. I am lucky to have the best students!
My Project
Many students struggle to learn by sitting at desks in uncomfortable chairs. Students are always looking for ways to move around the classroom and be active participants in their learning. My goal is provide students with comfortable seating options to enhance their classroom experience and productivity. These options allow students to be comfortable in the classroom which promotes student engagement and learning.
By offering students choices on how and where they want to learn, I believe it will improve student focus and learning!
Flexible seating allows students to choose to work at a space that best fits their needs and will help motivate them to learn. My project will make our classroom a more comfortable and engaging place to grow!
