This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our school was lucky to have a heavy-duty printer that has lasted me years. It’s in black and white but that is all we need to get our published writing printed. Although the last cartridge lasted me a few years, it has finally run out. I’m hoping to replace it to continue printing out our final product. Students start in draft form in writing but go through the writing process and nothing gets them as excited to write than learning word document tools and skills. The moment it prints out, their faces light up. I know many students our self self-conscious of their printing but seeing a clean printed sheet of paper makes them proud and makes them excited to continue their writing skills.
