My Project

My students are your typical 3-5 year old preschoolers. They love to come to school to learn and play. They especially love to create things to bring home to their families. The materials I am requesting will be used by my preschoolers during the school year. Our program uses TSG Creative Curriculum and we choose different studies that we will learn about throughout the year. Each study is an in-depth exploration of a topic that is flexible and can be shaped to a child’s interest. To conclude each study, we will do an activity (WOW experience) that will relate to what they have learned. Their families will be invited to participate in these WOW experiences with them.

What WOW experiences will we have this year?

The Creative Curriculum Studies and WOW experiences that I plan to use with my preschoolers this year are the following: Beginning of the year (birdhouses), Trees (tree wind chimes), Clothing (tie dye t-shirts), Gardening (flower pots and plants), Insects (wooden insect magnets) and Getting ready for Kindergarten (Graduation picture frames).
