Provide Asian Supplies for culinary kitchen!

My Project

In our Global Culinary Class, students are exploring many different cultures and cuisines. We would like to provide them with some authentic Asian tools (wok, sushi making kit, chopsticks) to create some different dishes to help them enhance their experience.

We will use these materials to make fried rice, practice using chopsticks, and in addition learn to roll sushi.

Hands-on learning is important, having authentic tools to create some of these dishes will help them be a part of the culture of creating these foods even more. Learning the tools is part of the culture in addition to learning the foods. Lets give them a enhanced experience by providing these for them to use in the kitchen.
