Help me give my students high protein snacks to get them through the afternoon.

My Project
Students in our school are amazing. They work so hard for us and are blessed to have caregivers including teachers, counselors, support staff, friends and family members to support them in any way to help their success. We do have a high rate of free/reduced lunch, around 50% of our students, I believe. I have several students who are given bags of food each weekend to get them through the weekends. But even with all that support in place, our days are long--from 8:00 to 3:55, with a lunch at 11:00. Getting through the morning isn't too difficult, but the afternoons can be long and a high protein snack would be a healthy option for fueling them through the afternoons.
Unfortunately, high protein snacks are expensive, so even though programs in our community will help to fund snacks for students, it is often more about volume than quality so the snacks students often recieve aren't great for powering their brains through the afternoons.
I'm hoping that a donation to this project would help fund healthy snacks for those most in need in my class for occasional afternoons, particularly as testing season approaches. These protein snacks should last awhile, as they would serve as my 'reserve' snacks for those kiddos who cannot bring snacks or bring less healthy snacks like chips or Poptarts, which don't provide them much for nutrients. Thank you in advance for your consideration of this project.
