My Students

Our students come from five different elementary schools and the diversity of the school is amazing! The diversity in our school provides us with a unique opportunity to reach students from many different backgrounds.

Coming from a rural farming community, students truly enjoy learning about things that directly impact their neighborhoods and lives.

By providing hands-on learning opportunities, students can gain a deeper understanding of the concepts being presented. Students are more engaged, and excited to participate in their new learning adventure.

My Project

This project will bright hands-on learning to our students while teaching them both how the water cycle works, and the importance of conserving it.

Students will create a working model of the water cycle and see how the water they drank for breakfast could be the same water a dinosaur once drank!

How's that for crazy!

By allowing students to see first hand how their actions can impact the water cycle and our local watersheds, they will develop a better sense of the importance of water to their daily lives. Creating good stewards of our environment will benefit everyone in the future.
