My Students

My students are such hard workers and are very creative! They love to learn. When I tell them that we are going to use technology instead of a boring old book, or pencil and paper their eyes light up.

My fourth graders at Grey Cloud Elementary rock!

They are kind, respectful, and curious. There isn't a moment in the day, that there isn't a question being asked. I would love to put the answers in their hands so they don't have to rely on me for all of the answers. A love for learning is amazing. Being able to find the answers on your own makes it that much better!

My Project

We have been very fortunate to have a donor fund our past project. We are the recipients of ten new Kindle Fire tablets. While my students are very respectful, fourth graders are still kids. I am hoping to fund some protective cases to make sure this investment can be enjoyed for years to come.

The cases we have selected are perfect for little hands.

They are shock proof, have a handle, and even a stand for working around the room.

Also included in our project is an Amazon Echo Dot. I am hoping to use this to help children find quick answers to easy questions. This could include social studies facts, how to spell a word, even to check the answer to a math problem. This will be a great addition to our classroom.
