This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Everyday students are engaged in creating music with a team mindset. As we build one another up and encourage each other to become our best, we see the best in ourselves as well.

My students are eager learners and are interested in bettering themselves and their skills.

However, they often have much to overcome. A large percent of my students qualify for the free or reduced-price lunch program.

In our classroom it is always the goal that students feel they are in a place where they can ask questions and learn in a safe and encouraging way.

My Project

As students learn to create powerful music and become motivated musicians, it is crucial to instill correct playing positions and technique. Our students need to be able to have strong posture and playing positions to bring out the best of their abilities.

With the proper equipment students will play with confidence and pride, knowing they are capable of creating music that touches lives.

Knowing they have the tools needed to reach their full potential will help our students continue to improve and increase their talents as they make not only music, but memories.
