Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

I teach job skills to adult special education students in order for them to transition from high school to a work environment. The goal is paid employment.

I document each of their successes by taking numerous pictures. These pictures are used in a Power Point presentation for their ARD and on their display table at an end of year reception.

Having a HP Photosmart photo printer, HP photo paper, and HP ink cartridges would enable me to print a copy of their picture for them to take home. This helps remind them everyday of their accomplishments.

You can't imagine the joy on a special needs student's face when they receive their first paycheck or ride public transportation on their own for the first time...priceless!
