Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I'd like to give my students arts and craft supplies to make flyers and artwork to decorate medical facilities. Their art and flyers would celebrate the essential workers that work tirelessly to provide health care and would bring colorful cheer to many patients visiting the medical facilities.
We'd like to show our gratitude for these wonderful workers and also help their environment by making flyers and artwork to support them and their patients.
Taking care of the mental health of providers directly affects their ability to fully serve their patients. In addition, provider burnout affects other members of the healthcare workforce. This interrelationship between provider well-being and patient care would improve population health, enhance patient experience, and improve the work life of health care clinicians and staff. We are excited about the endless ways to express our gratitude for the medical professionals and to brighten their workplace.
