This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

With the influx of new standards to the Georgia Mathematics curriculum, there is a high need to have access to various strategies, instructional tools, and materials to better support the understanding and learning needs of our diverse student learners.

With these mathematical support materials, I would have more resources to support the learning needs of students as learning is happening live in the instructional mathematical classroom.

As I strive to become a better practitioner of the mathematics discipline through continued content support, professional development, and PLCs, the books will provide students access to just-in-time support and strategies to assist in student learning in the mathematics classroom.
