Promoting Kindness in Preschool

Help me give my students art supplies, foam molding beads, and a rotating hardwood rack to make kindness cards and to create a kindness wall for all students in our school.

My Project

My students are a great group of loving students who are very compassionate and kind. They love to make cards for people in our community and the students at our school to spread kindness. Through this Times for Kids mission project, I want my students to spread kindness in our school and in their community through visual art!

I am requesting markers, glue sticks, pencils, paint dotters, plastic art trays, and a rolling cart for students to create kindness cards for other students in our school and the students who live close to our school community.

My students will also be working with the 5th and 6th graders at our school to create an art gallery wall to remind all students what kindness is.

With the art supplies, all students will be able to use their imagination and create kindness art masterpieces around our school. The rolling cart will be used to store all of our arts and craft materials as well as to transport it around the campus to create our kindness wall. The trays will be used by students to store individual arts and crafts along with our kindness cards to dry outside. What better way to spread kindness than to cheer up those important people in our community? Schools often lack supplies for students to partake in activities like this. Thanks to Allstate and Time for Kids, my students are inspired to spread kindness near and far!
