This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My classroom project will allow students to feel comfortable and safe during their counseling time with me. I plan to use all materials with my high school students so that they can continue to improve their social emotional well-being, social skills, and academics. My goal is for my students to have a cozy and welcoming environment easily accessible to them when they need it.

My students are motivated to learn new strategies that will increase and improve their social-emotional well-being and social relationships with their peers.
