Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Imagine a classroom where students don’t just listen, but engage That’s the classroom I envision with the addition of a Promethean Board which will students will love using.
As the math lab teacher, my students thrive when learning is interactive and visual.
A Promethean Board will allow me to deliver dynamic lessons, annotate in real time, and provide hands-on activities that reach all types of learners.
Right now, we rely on an outdated projector and screen. With a Promethean Board, I can incorporate digital manipulatives in math and students can come up to the board and move the manipulatives around. Because I work with small groups the students will all have a chance to enjoy the board.
This project will bridge the digital divide and give my students the modern tools they deserve to succeed. Please help bring this technology into our classroom and make learning exciting, inclusive, and unforgettable!
