Prom Boutique: Making a Night to Remember

Help me give my students access to beautiful gowns and shoes at no cost to make their prom dreams a reality. The storage bags will allow us to collect gowns and store them in pristine condition.

My Project

Our high school is a Title 1 school where the focus is on environmental efforts to reduce and reuse. Our students understand the importance of making good financial decisions, including curbing the expense of prom. Between the cost of the ticket, transportation, and wardrobe access to this milestone event can feel out of reach.

Our Prom Boutique is full of donated gowns but we need to carefully store these to keep them pristine for students when they are looking for their perfect gown.

By offering gowns free of charge we are keeping them out of landfills and offering a viable economic choice for students struggling to pay for their prom.
