My students need an LCD projector to incorporate technology into daily instruction and make learning interactive.
Students of today are living in a technology driven world. My students love to learn, however we lack technology in our classroom. I would love to have a projector in our classroom in order to make my lessons interactive for my students.
I love kindergarten.
My students begin the year excited and nervous about their first school experience. These children are eager to learn new things. The smallest thing that we as adults take for granted can make their day!
Watching my students, who begin the school year without the ability to read, transform before my eyes into readers and writers is the most amazing sight. These little learners are eager to soak up all the information they can and technology, like a projector, will allow me to meet the needs of my students.
The projector that I am requesting can benefit my students in several ways. If I had one for my classroom it could be used daily. This projector will allow me to connect an iPad for participation in learning applications or a document camera for viewing student work or text. Students can participate in math games, listen to books read aloud by the authors themselves, and even share their work with their peers. The projector will allow me to provide my students with a multimedia learning experience. This projector will act as a learning tool to increase retention, maintain interest and elevate the learning experience.
It is important to provide students with multimedia learning experiences.
A projector is one of the best tools to accomplish this because it provides a visual, actively engages all students in the learning process, and makes learning fun! I appreciate your time in considering the impact that this project can have on the students in my classroom. Thank you!
