My Project

Seventh graders are a curious and dynamic bunch but are still kids. The IPEVO VZ-R is a fantastic way to project and show student work as well as usefull as a document camera. Students can follow along in with written assignments, notes, examples, demonstrations of other student work without having to take photos or directly typing. As a tool the document camera lets students see what is expected of them directly in the written form. As we teach writing and other strategies we often transition from typing to handwritten which helps students internalize their ideas. (over the last few years the overuse of digital media has damaged students ability to process on paper, a vital tool in organizing thoughts and ideas).
