My Students

"We are superstars!" We love to learn and love to use visuals to help us learn! Our school is an inner-city school and many children do not get enough opportunities to engage in conversations, critical thinking or movement breaks. I would love to be able to use this material during classroom instruction to enhance the ways I can reach their needs.

I have 21 students right now including additional students that come in for inclusion for part of the day.

My students come from varied backgrounds in an inner city school setting, many from low-income homes. I also have a few ELL learners. I look forward to using many new tools to help all the students access their curriculum.

I love the variety of children and abilities that come in my room every year. I would love to be able to provide them with all the tools they need to help them become successful learners.

My Project

This projector will help me guide my students in their learning through a multi media experience. Through the pandemic last year, we all learned how to teach and learn in new ways. The benefit to our hybrid teaching last year, was being able to present materials and engage students in discussions and movement through the use of multi media! This year I would like to continue to provide my students an opportunity to use ipads. The projector will not only allow me to present the information they need to them, but also to engage them through yoga and other movement breaks.
