This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are rock stars and they need a projector to assist with visuals while reading and writing. As a special educator, the projector would be a great addition not only to their learning, but my teaching instruction. My students have the whole world ahead of them. They deserve every little bit of technology to help them gain access to their reading and writing curriculum.

I teach in a Title One school and all of my students come from low income families, which makes it harder for them to have any access to technology.

In addition, my students are English Language Learners and other have special needs.

My Project

Help me to project knowledge of the English language onto my ENL students! My small office has become our little classroom where we gather daily to learn new academic vocabulary and write! Unfortunately, we do not have a promethean board like the rest of our school's classrooms.

We want to enjoy a larger and more encompassing visualization of our learning and language goals so that we may excel in and out of the classroom!

The Epson projector is the perfect compact tool that can accomplish this goal. I want to teach my students in a fun and collaborative manner and visuals allow for all to access information equitably.
