This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am getting my materials ready for next year. I would love to get student planners and basic supplies for my students.
As a teacher, I hear different and creative excuses as to why the homework is submitted incomplete or not at all.
With this project, I want to eliminate all possible excuses and move on to obtain 100% homework from all of my students. All of my students come from low-income families and many cannot afford to buy planners, pencils, erasers, or any other school supplies.
By giving them a student planner, they will have all the important information necessary in the same book. Assignments, deadlines and important school days will be kept together to help my students organize themselves and become responsible.
With your help, I want us to provide the basic school supplies that are needed to complete homework at home and help my students be responsible and accountable for upcoming school assignment due dates and events.
