This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students

"I'm a Champ!"
My students chant out loud every day to remind themselves that they are the champions in learning. The sparks for learning start in the hearts of these little children in kindergarten.
My students are bilingual learners in a Korean English Dual Language program. More than half of them are ELD learners, and they need effective educational aids and supplies to support their learning and continue to grow as champions. Having access to new learning materials that meet their needs in second language acquisition will broaden their young minds and assist them in becoming the successful learners they hope to be when they shout out, "I'm a champ!"
My Project
After one and a half years of remote learning, students will be back to school in August. When they come back, they will need technical support.
In order for students to continue the upgraded learning with technology in the classroom, they need a new projector for the teacher to model and guide their instruction.
Remote instruction was challenging in many ways, but we also gained positive things from the new experience of learning. One of the things is technology. I hope to continue to use google slides and other educational websites as visual guides to enhance students' learning.
