Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The students at our school often learn best when allowed to explore ideas with their hands. Kinesthetic exploration allows students of all ages to make memorable moments and connect them to content being studied.

Students will use the requested LEGO sets to create different settings and iconic structures to learn about history and culture.

The Sculpey clay will be used to create long lasting personalized magnets to help students visually track their online lesson progress. Students will showcase their interests through crafting a personalized clay figure that represents each student. Students will use their figure to move themselves through a motivation chart showcasing student lessons.

Broadcasting tools such as green screen, microphone and tripod will be used to share their understanding of the history they are discovering.

The items on the list would be very hard to acquire during the middle of the school year and I am grateful for any contributions to our classroom project.
