My Project

In our special education preschool classes, our students use different ways to communicate. Many of our students have deficits in their language and/or communication, which impact their ability to fully participate in classroom activities as well as engage with peers.

We are seeking to provide our classroom with an iPad that we can install various communication apps on to help increase communicative opportunities for our students.

We hope to provide increased social and modeled social opportunities for our students to express wants, needs, and emotions. Our goal is for our students to have access to a voice they may not have yet!
