My Project
Our students need reinforcements in order to continue to do their best work. They benefit heavily from positive rewards.
I would like to set up a reward system in order to have the children work toward their goals. Our students seem to be motivated the most by food and drinks. I believe using popcorn and hot chocolate as an incentive will have the most impact. However, we will need a Keurig in order to bring this idea to life. I also look forward to teaching students the steps in order to functionally meet their own needs by making their incentives.
I also am requesting shakers for my younger students who are incentivized through play and may not have the ability to eat popcorn.
