My students need technology tools to use with our chromebooks and computers. We need the wireless presenter so students can make professional presentations in the classroom.

My Students

My students are creative and inquisitive junior high kids. They love to learn. My students are from a range of backgrounds. Some do not have access to computers or the internet at home. They love doing science and using current technologies. While doing hands-on experiments, they use their Chromebooks to collect and share their data.

My students are critical thinkers of today and want to use all the tools available to them to assist in their learning.

They need tools to research current information. They use the chromebooks for research, slide presentations and playing learning games.

My Project

My science students use their chromebooks often in class for a variety of projects. They research science careers, genetic disorders, endangered animals and more. It is often difficult for them to insert pictures or format their projects with the small mouse that is on the chromebook. The addition of a wired mouse will help them make better and more professional slide presentations. Once the research and slide presentations are made then they will present their information to the class. Having a presentation clicker will ensure more professional presentations. Students will no longer have to touch the computer to change slides and they will no longer have to face away from their classmates to read their slides. This is part getting them ready for the real world
