This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
For their end-of-year project, my students are tasked with creating a portfolio that highlights their progress throughout the year. In this portfolio, they reflect on how they’ve grown as learners, share the work they are most proud of, and set goals for their future. Traditionally, these portfolios are kept in simple file folders, but with this generous donation, my students will have the opportunity to craft a portfolio that is just as impressive as the work it contains. The file folders and colored paper will help elevate the presentation, giving their hard work the professional look it deserves.
