I need to develop my craft with these amazing books such as Reading Reconsidered: A Practical Guide to Rigorous Literacy Instruction and Unearthing Joy: A Guide to Culturally and Historically Responsive Curriculum and Instruction.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students will be empowered to cultivate their skills as lifelong learners. I will achieve this by incorporating cultural and historical perspectives into my teaching approach while focusing on their identities, intellects, critical thinking abilities, and happiness. Overall improving my pedagogy will help my students become effective and active learners.
My students will make significant contributions to society due to my guidance.
These books will help me become a better educator. As an experienced educator, I firmly believe that learning is a lifelong journey. With over two decades of teaching, I remain dedicated to expanding my knowledge and skills through educational literature.
