This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Young minds thrive in active learning environments and by relating the learning objectives to math and science we use every day keeps the students engaged and asking questions.
When the students are able to take the learning objectives from the whole class lesson and put them into action is an incredible way to solidify learning.
Students are working towards mastery and the more interaction they can have with the real life opportunities to run a grocery store, restaurant and home the more likely they are to come to school regularly and develop their own learning styles.
