This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With a large class and limited equipment, it makes it hard for my students to all get practice using various tools and equipment. Right now, we have three food processors for a class of 40. I would like to get new food processors not only to expand the amount of available equipment in the room, but also to let more of my students have experience using common kitchen equipment for their dishes. The ultimate goal is to create a baking and pastries class where these food processors will be used to create pies and pastries with ease.
