My Project

These items are to help kids realize that there is no such thing as a "math person."

The real-world will present our students with a wide variety of problems that will need to be solved... and most likely in teams!

My goal is for students to develop a growth mindset in math class and begin to unlock their limitless potential through problem-solving and teamwork.

Help kids develop a better relationship with failure/mistakes as well as working with other humans and developing better communication skills (verbal/written).

Most of these books are regarding how the brain learns mathematics as well as strategies to help ALL kids better learn in general... especially with regard to mindset and problem-solving (being wrong).

Mr. Curran will only receive his materials if this project is fully funded by August 28.
